REFUND POLICY
Please choose carefully as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind
or make a wrong selection. Please note that Sharp Electronics Group reserve the
undisputed right to reject any goods deemed non-compliant with return policy
criteria.
RETURNS
POLICY
Any
products, which are damaged, or defective, delivered after their “use by” or
“best before” date, or which are not otherwise in accordance with the customer’s
order, may be returned to SEG* within 7 days of delivery.
The
customer may otherwise return products to SEG* and obtain a credit:

Except for specially
purchased products, products specifically tailored for the customer’s
requirements, I.T. consumables, computer hardware, furniture, canteen products
which may not be returned;
·
Provided that it does so
within 7 days of delivery and a return authorisation is obtained from SEG *.
·
Provided that the
products are in their original packaging, unopened, of a current make and
model, and otherwise as new and in a saleable condition;
·
At the customer’s own
expense, or to the customer’s account; and
·
On the basis that risk
in the products remains with the customer until SEG* and that receive the
products a restocking or return fee may be charged.
·
Any goods returned with
a carton that has a “broken vendor seal” or “broken security seal” will either
be rejected for credit or can incur a non-negotiable 15% re-stocking fee.
RETURNING
GOODS
Return
procedure:
·
All goods returned to
SEG* must have an R.A**. Form printed clearly and is visible outside the box
(do not write directly on any cartons).
·
All goods returned
without a valid R.A**. Form will be rejected and returned to the sender.
